Content Writer
Kim started her career in private practice ophthalmology more than 25 years ago. The research she did when originally tasked with improving the organic SEO (search engine optimization) for her current practice quickly revealed that the key to success was the creation of original content across all online platforms. Armed with that knowledge, she took over content creation for the website, blog and all social media sites, as well as all email and online marketing. With a focused effort and a consistent approach to content marketing, she achieved a dramatic improvement in their online presence. That success is what led her to create DigitalMed, a content creation company which specializes in original content for websites, blogs and social media platforms for physicians.
The bulk of Kim’s career has been spent working with medical practices that focus on elective surgery. The extensive experience she gained during her time in this field awarded her an unparalleled understanding of this niche market. This gives her a unique approach to medical writing and helped her hone her skills as a content marketer specializing in the promotion of cosmetic procedures.
In addition to content creation, Kim has partnered with Aesthetics 360 in performing comprehensive website evaluations. These evaluations are geared toward best practices for improving the online presence of our clients.
Kim is currently attending Hunter College to finish pre-requisite courses required to attend SUNY College of Optometry. When not working with clients or studying, Kim enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, reading, swimming and rollerblading.
